My Story

The Years I Held Everything Together

For years, I kept everything going — raising children on my own, supporting elderly parents, navigating divorce, and juggling work and life.

I wasn’t trying to be strong — I was just surviving.
But by my late forties, everything I’d been holding inside became impossible to ignore.

When My Body Said: Enough

I was in menopause, constantly wired but exhausted.

I battled insomnia, chronic fatigue, TMJ, gut issues, and relentless anxiety.
I was stuck in a nervous system that couldn’t switch off.

The Patterns That Kept Me Stuck

Years in toxic relationships…
The belief that I had to earn love by overgiving…

I was burnt out, anxious, and completely disconnected from myself.

I Tried Everything — But Nothing Lasted

Despite trying everything — HRT, supplements, exercise, therapy — I kept hitting the same wall.

And Then I Found What Was Missing

I discovered the missing piece.

The Real Breakthrough

Everything began to change when I started working with my nervous system.

Not just understanding my patterns — but feeling them in my body. Releasing them. Learning how to regulate instead of override.

Healing Doesn’t Happen in the Mind Alone

I discovered that trauma isn’t just stored in the mind — it lives in the body.
And the key to healing was working at the root.

For the first time, I had tools that worked. I felt calmer, clearer, and more in control.
I stopped managing symptoms and started transforming them.

That realisation led me to train in nervous system regulation and trauma-informed coaching — so I could help other women feel the freedom I had found.
